All good **Scenario 1 — Camera Offline in Command (LED Solid Blue) **"Okay, so the first thing I want to confirm is the LED behavior — solid blue means the camera believes it's connected, so the issue here is likely on the cloud sync side, not the camera itself. I'd start by asking the customer to confirm the LED color one more time just to be sure, because solid blue versus flashing blue points us in completely different directions. Once I confirm it's solid blue, I'd pull up Verkada Command and check the last-seen timestamp on that device — whether it dropped recently or never fully registered. Then I'd look at the network path. I'd ask if the camera is on a segmented VLAN, and I'd have the customer run the Verkada Network Tester from that same subnet to verify outbound TCP 443 is open to Verkada's cloud endpoints. If the network checks out, my next suspicion is SSL inspection or a proxy stripping the camera's cloud tunnel — that's a common one in enterprise environments. I'd ask if they have any deep packet inspection or proxy running. If we've ruled all of that out and the camera is still stuck, I'd walk them through a factory reset to clear any bad registration state. And if that still doesn't resolve it, I'd generate a Support Access Token and escalate to Tier 2 with a full summary of everything we've already tried."
